• PLEASE COMPLETE MEDICAL & WAXING CONSENT FORMS UPON SERVICE CONFIRMATION! Consent form link is embedded in the confirmation email.

1. A card is REQUIRED to be left on file to book. Cards aren't charged until services rendered. 

2. Payments are accepted by Card (fee associated) or Cash.

3. Due to safety regulations, NO extra guests/kids allowed during your service. 

4. Please be mindful that the time allotted for your appointment ensures that you receive a full service! Late arrivals will diminish the service you booked.

5. There is a 24hr CANCELLATION policy. Cancellations after the 24hr period, will incur 100% of services booked. If you reschedule for another date within 7 days, 50% of the cancellation fee will be honored towards appt.

6. No call/no show will incur 100% of services booked.

7. No call/ no show will be unable to book future services! 

8.Late arrivals after 5min may be canceled to accommodate the next reserved appointment. There will also be a $10 late fee applied. 

9.Masks are REQUIRED! 

• Please communicate before reserving your services if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. Exposure to steam vapors may be detrimental to the health of those with diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and heart conditions. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before scheduling a service.
• If you're currently taking or have been taking Accutane, Retin-A or any other blood thinning medications, you will  need to wait at least 14 days or up to 6 months from the day you stopped taking them to receive services.
• Underaged clients, 13-17yrs may receive facial and waxing (not including bikini area) services with signed parent/guardian consent. Parent/Guardian MUST be present during service. Ages UNDER 13yrs will be reviewed on a case by case basis for facial services.
