My journey to the world of beauty wasn't paved with makeup brushes and mascara wands. It wasn't about fitting into a mold or chasing trends. My path was carved out of sweat, determination, and a love for learning that transcended the classroom.

As a competitive athlete, I was more comfortable battling on the field than battling breakouts in the mirror. But even amidst the thrill of victory, I couldn't ignore the impact that the sun, dirt, and constant contact with others had on my skin.

My passion for education led me to a career in early childhood development, where I witnessed the power of shaping young minds. Yet, a piece of the puzzle was missing. It wasn't until I saw my own daughter struggling with skincare concerns that I realized a vital life skill was often overlooked: the art of caring for your skin.

While juggling motherhood and studies, I found myself temporarily sidetracked, helping others fulfill their beauty dreams as a Financial Aid Advisor and Admissions Leader at Paul Mitchell the School. But the entrepreneurial fire within me refused to be extinguished. The taste of success only fueled my hunger for more.
